thank you! there is a general info about HRC on this tribe. yet, as you noticed it does miss the detals. HRC has been one of the strongest supporters of Marriage Equality, supporting our SF Mayor and lobbying the Congress. If you go to their web: www.hrc.org you can sign up for several actions, including Million Marriage Petition. The people behind last year's Marriage Amendment are back. On January 24, 2005, Senator Wayne Allard (R-CO) reintroduced the Marriage Protection Amendment (MPA) on the Senate floor--making it one of the first items of business on the very first day of the Bush administration's second term. HRC, as they did during the past two bouts with the Amendment last year, mobilizing to fight them every step of the way this time again.
